2019

The Foundation

Kawan Sejati Teknologi was founded in November 2019 with a clear mission: to deliver the best services to F5 customers in Indonesia. We identified significant gaps in solution delivery, with many modules underutilized and lacking resources capable of handling complex technical challenges. This vision drove us to focus on proper solution implementation and address the most complex technical problems that organizations face.

Turning Crisis into Opportunity

The global pandemic presented unprecedented challenges, but it also accelerated our growth. We officially launched our F5 services delivery while adapting to serve customers entirely through remote operations. This period also opened doors to new opportunities as we discovered synergies with other strategic technologies. We began partnering with Cloudflare and Elastic, expanding our capability to address a broader spectrum of enterprise technology challenges beyond our original F5 foundation.

2022

Regional Expansion & Service Excellence

We expanded across ASEAN countries beyond Indonesia through strategic alliances with major resellers and distributors, enabling us to reach new markets effectively. To support this growing demand, we expanded our engineering team and refined our operational processes. We then introduced a comprehensive managed services model to provide ongoing support beyond project implementation and maintenance, improving our support structure and service level agreements.

Office Relocation & Service Expansion

We relocated to a new office space to better accommodate our growing team and evolving needs. This move allowed us to strengthen our organizational structure and improve our service capabilities. We also introduced SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) as a Service, enabling us to provide more comprehensive support to our clients.
